Planability is an NDIS Plan Management software platform used by Plan Managers to process claims efficiently and accurately. Participants, Carers, and Support Coordinators can also receive access to view current and past plan information, budgets, funding periods, and approve or reject invoices.

Planability is developed by Credability Systems, an approved NDIA Aggregator authorised to connect directly with NDIA systems via API on behalf of our customers. This status requires us to meet strict technical, security, and compliance standards set by the NDIA, including regular audits. We also hold ISO27001:2022 accreditation, further demonstrating our commitment to data security and privacy.
Planability eliminates the need for manual entry in the my place or my NDIS provider portal by managing claims and payments directly through its real-time interface with PACE. You may still need to access those portals occasionally for some tasks, but the majority of your daily processes will be completed in Planability.
Invoices can be uploaded directly into Planability through drag and drop, or automatically detected via a connected mailbox. They are scanned, matched to NDIS Participants and Providers, automatically checked for errors and warnings, and prepared for review and submission to the NDIS.
Planability automatically notifies NDIS providers when an invoice has been paid. The platform sends a remittance email as soon as the ABA payment file is generated, giving providers clear confirmation of payment status.
Absolutely! Planability supports bulk uploads of up to 50 NDIS invoices at a time, making it easy to process large volumes quickly and efficiently.
Switching to Planability is straightforward and designed to minimise any business disruption. We provide easy-to-use templates for you to populate with information from your current system. Once completed, we import your NDIS Participants, associated Carers and Support Coordinators, notes, documents, and Provider information so you have everything you need to start using Planability. Our team will guide you through the entire migration process to ensure a smooth transition.
No, you do not need to cancel your current system before switching. You can run Planability alongside your existing platform during a transition period, giving you time to move your NDIS workflows across at your own pace before fully switching over.
