Capability is our next step in our journey to support the people who support others. Built on the experience and success of Planability, Capability has been designed specifically with Support Coordinators in mind. Support Coordinators play a vital role in helping Participants make the most of their NDIS plans, and Capability will focus on making that job easier, more connected, and less time-consuming.
We understand the day-to-day challenges Support Coordinators face – balancing Participant needs, building Provider relationships, and keeping track of countless details. With Capability, our goal is to simplify the essentials so Support Coordinators can spend more time where it really counts: supporting Participants.
What makes Capability different is how it’s being shaped. This isn’t a generic platform repurposed for the NDIS – it’s being built from the ground up, informed by our work with Plan Managers and the conversations we’ve had with intermediaries across the sector. Those insights are guiding every decision, ensuring Capability reflects the real needs of Support Coordinators and delivers practical benefits from day one.
